Bahan-bahan

4 porsi
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (8-inch) whole wheat or flour tortilla
  • 1/3 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs ((I like basil, oregano, and thyme))
  • 1/2 cup canned san marzano tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 4 pepperoni slices
  • 1 ball burrata cheese or 1/3 cup torn mozzarella
  • 1 -2 handfuls baby arugula
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste (( like sambal oelek) )

Langkah-langkah

  1. 1. Preheat the broiler to high with a rack in the top third of the oven. 2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. When it shimmers, add the tortilla to the skillet. Sprinkle with herbs, spread on the tomatoes, add the provolone cheese, artichokes, and pepperoni. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the mozzarella. 3. Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling—watch closely, this will cook fast! Remove from the broiler and carefully slide the pizza out of the skillet onto a plate. 4. Top with arugula, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of hot honey (below). 

  2. 1. Stir together the honey and chili paste in a small bowl.
