• 1 cup (240g) full-fat sour cream, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup (75g) amaretto liqueur
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 and 1/4 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips*
