  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
