Apple Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

• 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
• ¾ cup milk
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups (about 2 large) peeled, cored and shredded sweet-tart apples
• 4 ounces cream cheese, (at room temperature)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ to 2 teaspoons milk ((add more or less to reach the right consistency))
