• 1 large egg (chilled)
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
• 1 lb granny smith apples ((3 medium apples))
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter ((to dot the top))
