  • 2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 4 filets (4-6 ounce) salmon, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons toasted nuts/seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed herbs, chopped (I use dill and basil)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
