  • 8 ounce cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or regular milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (use 1/3-1/2 cup for a sweeter cheesecake)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk or heavy cream (I use 2%)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
