  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1 orange (sliced)
  • drizzle of honey or honeycomb
  • 1/2 cup raw buckwheat groats
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • salt
