Beer Brats
These juicy beer brats will stay warm all day long! Serve these for the next tailgate party or potluck & let everyone make their own.

Bahan-bahan
- 2 package s Johnsonville Brats (any flavor, 19 oz each per package)
- 24 oz light beer (2 cans)
- 2 white onions (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- ¼ cup dill pickle juice (optional)
- 1 g reen bell pepper (or red bell pepper, optional)
Langkah-langkah

Preheat grill to grill to medium-low.

Place a disposable 9"x11" foil pan on the grill. Add beer, butter, onions, & pickle juice (if using). Set off to one side of the grill and allow to simmer and cook.

Cook brats on the grill over medium heat until golden and cooked through, 15-20 minutes. *see note

Once grilled, add the cooked Brats to the hot tub and let them simmer for at least 30-40 minutes.

If adding bell peppers, lightly olive oil the outside of the bell peppers and season with salt and pepper. Grill until tender-crisp, slice and add to the beer along with the brats.
