  • 1 cup granulated sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablepoon lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for brushing on pie)
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar (for sprinkling on top crust)
