Bahan-bahan

  • 1 lb (500g) broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Langkah-langkah

  1. Trim the bottom part of the broccolini stems by about 1/2 inch (1 cm).

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Sauté the garlic until it turns light brown, then add the broccolini. Toss with a spatula to combine well with the garlic.

  3. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, along with a few squirts of lemon juice. Once the stems of the broccolini become tender, remove from heat and serve immediately.
