Carrot Cake Cheesecake Cake

• 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
• pinch of salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 large (about 10 ounces) carrots, (grated (use medium grate))
• 2½ cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/3 cups granulated white sugar
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar ((light or dark))
• 3 large eggs
• 3/4 cup plain yogurt ((I use nonfat, and it's fine))
• 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
• 2½ cups powdered sugar ((sifted lightly to remove any lumps))
• Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, (at room temperature)
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, (at room temperature)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
