Carrot Cake Cookies

• 1 large egg
• 1 cup finely grated carrot
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground cloves
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 ounces cream cheese, (at room temperature)
• 2 tablespoons salted butter, (at room temperature)
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips, (melted and stirred until smooth)
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon milk ((or more, as needed- to thin out as desired))
