  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 6 Tbsp confectioners (powdered sugar)
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup cake flour (make your own with 2 ingredients!)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 7 oz pkg Lady Fingers
  • 3 -4 Tbsp raspberry preserves or jam
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
