  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • kosher salt (to taste)

  • 4 -6 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup white wine (OR chicken broth for an alcohol free alternative)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon chicken base (OR bouillon )
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • dash of paprika
