  • zest of 1 small lemon (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 quart Five Minute Marinara Sauce
  • 4 -6 ounces mozzarella (freshly sliced)
