Chinese Hot Dog Buns

Bahan-bahan (12 porsi)

• 2/3 cup heavy cream ((at room temperature))
• 1 cup milk ((plus 1 tablespoon, at room temperature))
• 1 large egg ((at room temperature))
• 1/3 cup gula
• 1/2 cup tepung kue
• 3 1/2 cups tepung roti
• 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garam
• 1 tablespoon minyak
• 12 hot dogs
• Cuci telur: kocok 1 butir telur dengan 1 sendok teh air
• Sirup sederhana: 2 sendok teh (8g) gula dilarutkan dalam 2 sendok teh air panas
