  • ¼ cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)

  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds (or hemp seeds)
  • 2 scoops Cacao Bliss
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips ( or raisins, optional)
