Saus Pangsit Klasik
Two easy and delicious dumpling sauce recipes. One is a Japanese version while the other one is a take on Chinese dumpling sauce.
Bahan-bahan
6 porsi
- 1 g arlic clove, minced
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar, known as chinkiang vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon plain rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
Langkah-langkah
Mix: Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve: Divide the dumpling sauce among 4 dipping bowls and serve with gyoza, potstickers, or dumplings.
