4 porsi
  • 15 oz corn (drained well, 1 can )
  • 1/4 cup mayo (Kewpie preferred)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix together the drained corn, mayo, melted butter, sugar, and half of the cheese. If desired, stir in 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Scoop the corn mix into an ovenproof dish or skillet and top with the remaining cheese.

  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until the top is toasty and brown. Remove and enjoy!
