  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • 2 to 3 dashes hot sauce optional
  • ½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley cilantro (or basil (optional))
