Crock Pot Corn on the Cob is the perfect summer side dish for all of your meals! It takes the fresh deliciousness of corn on the cob and makes preparation basically effortless!

6 porsi
- 6 to 8 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or as needed)
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- butter (for serving)

Husk all of the ears of corn and lightly brush with olive oil. If desired, break the cobs in half. Season with salt & pepper.

Add ⅔ cup water to the bottom of the slow cooker. Add in corn and cover.

Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Once corn is bright yellow and hot, add butter to taste and toss to coat.
