Cucumber Mint Gin Fizz
This refreshing cucumber mint gin fizz cocktail is the perfect light and vibrant cocktail for summertime, made with fresh cucumber, mint, lime, and gin, topped with a splash of tonic.

Bahan-bahan

- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 3 cucumber slices
- ice
- tonic water
Langkah-langkah

Combine the gin, lime juice, simple syrup, mint and cucumber in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass through a fine mesh strainer if you’d like to remove the pulp.
