Easy Cheesecake Recipe with Blueberry Topping (No Water Bath Required!)

• 1 ½ cups sugar
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 7 whole large eggs (at room temp)
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups frozen blueberries
• 2 tsp corn starch
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• A springform pan where the sides loosen and the bottom comes out.
