Gigitan Pretzel Lembut Keju yang Mudah

- 1 pound soft pretzel dough or pizza dough ((pretzel dough recipe below) )
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- pretzel salt, for sprinkling
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
- 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese ((see notes) )
- fresh thyme or parsley, for serving

1. Cut the dough in 34 bite-size pieces, cover, and let rest 5-10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.3. Add the baking soda to the boiling water. Boil the dough bites, 10 or so at a time, for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon, dropping each bite onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. Arrange the bites in a greased 12-inch baking dish. Brush the bites with the beaten egg, then evenly pour over the butter. Top with crumbled cheese.5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until pretzels are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Finish with herbs. Serve warm!
