  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced into thin strips
  • 10 ounces smoked salmon or sushi-grade raw fish, sliced into thin strips
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • spicy mayo (see recipe below)
  • soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi paste, for serving
