• ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• ½ medium sweet onion, (chopped finely)
• 1 small Granny Smith apple, (chopped finely)
• 4 tablespoons honey dijon mustard
• 2 whole pre-cooked English sausages (bangers) (or any other type of pre-cooked sausage, sliced)
• 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
• 1 large egg, (whisked with 1 tablespoon water)
