- 6 russet potatoes cut into ¼-inch-thick matchsticks
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour or gluten free flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, use to taste
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or oregano
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 -2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Langkah-langkah
1. Preheat the oven to 450° F.2. Toss the potatoes with flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and a big pinch of salt. Toss to coat. Add olive oil and toss again, then spread in an even layer across two baking sheets. Do not overcrowd the pans. Bake 10-15 minutes, then flip and bake for 10 minutes more. Keep an eye on them, if you cut your fries super skinny, they can burn quickly. 3. Pull the fries out and toss with parmesan and herbs. 4. To make the dressing. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and whisk until smooth. Add 1-3 tablespoons water to thin the dressing. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper. 4. Arrange the hot fries on a serving plate. Drizzle with generous amounts of Caesar dressing. Serve with additional dressing and ketchup for dipping. ENJOY!
