  • 5 whole dried red chili peppers ((optional))
  • ½ tablespoon Anggur Shaoxing
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1½ tablespoons kecap ringan
  • 2 teaspoons cuka beras
  • 2 tablespoons gula
  • 1 cup water ((or stock))
  • 1 tablespoon tepung maizena ((dicampur dengan 1 sdm air))
  • 1 scallion ((cut at an angle into half-inch pieces))
