  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
