• 3 -4 slices ginger
• 2 ounces (1/4 cup) Bourbon
• 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Mezcal ((or tequila))
• 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
• 1 -2 ounces (2-4 tablespoons) honey syrup (- directions below)
• 1/2 cup ginger beer
