  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup coconut oil, (at room temperature)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup (packed) dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1⅓ cups gluten-free semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt, (for sprinkling tops)
