Penyemprot Jeruk Nipis Grapefruit

A simple grapefruit lime spritzer with freshly squeezed grapefruit and lime juice, 2 types of liquor, and tonic water for a bubbly effect. Simple cocktail perfection.

Bahan-bahan

2 porsi
  • 1 large grapefruit ((juiced // 1 large yields ~1 cup))
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces vodka ((3 ounces = 6 Tbsp) )
  • 1 1/2 ounces triple sec ((1 1/2 ounces = 3 Tbsp) )
  • 1/2 cup tonic water
  • 6 -8 ice cubes ((plus more for serving))

Langkah-langkah

  1. Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, vodka, triple sec, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to combine.

  2. Add ice to serving glasses and then add a Tablespoon or two of tonic water, so the alcohol doesn't settle at the bottom.

  3. Next, pour the cocktail mixture evenly into the glasses, leaving a little room on top for more tonic water. Top off with tonic and garnish with fresh slices of grapefruit and lime. Serve immediately. Yum.
