Bahan-bahan

6 porsi
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, (chopped)
  • ¾ cup halved kalamata olives
  • 1 small red onion, (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • croutons ((optional))

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Cover and chill for up to 2 days.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, olives, onion and cheese. Add enough dressing to coat the lettuce, tossing gently. Sprinkle with croutons, and serve with remaining dressing on the side.
