  • 3/4 tablespoon fish sauce (add more to taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Thai palm sugar (preferred or sugar, add more to taste)
  • 4 oz (120g) zucchinis (sliced and halved)
  • 2 oz (60g) red bell peppers (seeded and cut into strips)
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
