  • 3 -4 anchovy fillets (finely chopped, adjust to your tastes)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 pinch salt (for seasoning)
  • 1 pinch cracked pepper (for seasoning)
