and 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped finely (or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley))

rubbed sage

dried thyme

kosher salt (use 1/2 teaspoon if you have table salt)
1/2 teaspoon
freshly cracked black pepper (or more!)
1/8 teaspoon
cayenne pepper (or up to 1/2 teaspoon, if you love it spicy!)
