  1. Gather all the ingredients. One batch of this recipe makes 1 cup of okonomiyaki sauce. It keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. To make ½ cup, simply use half the ingredients.

  2. Combine ¼ cup oyster sauce (4 Tbsp) and 3 Tbsp sugar in a small bowl. Mix with a spatula or whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
