• 2 -3 paprika chipotle ((dalam saus adobo))
• 2 tablespoons cuka sari apel
• 2 tablespoons gula merah
• 1 tablespoon saus Worcestershire
• 1/4 cup Sayang
• 1/2 teaspoon garam
• 1/2 teaspoon bubuk bawang putih
• 1/2 teaspoon jintan bubuk
• 1/4 teaspoon lada hitam
