  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons water (ice cold)
  • 1 pinch paprika (Pinch of paprika or sumac for serving)
