Salad Jagung Italia
This Italian Corn Salad is bursting with fresh flavors from sweet corn, juicy grape tomatoes, crisp green bell pepper, and sharp parmesan cheese. Tossed in a zesty homemade Italian dressing, it’s perfect for summer or any time.

- 6 ears sweet corn, (husked)
- ½ cup grape tomatoes, (halved)
- 1 g reen bell pepper, (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, (minced)
- 3 tablespoons red onion, (diced)
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, (grated)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic, (minced)
- salt and pepper, (to taste)
Langkah-langkah
Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the 6 ears sweet corn, lightly with olive oil, then grill, rotating it until golden on all sides.
Allow the corn to cool. Cut the corn off the cob with a knife and add it to a large bowl.
Add ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved, 1 green bell pepper,chopped, 3 tablespoons red onion, diced, ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese,2 tablespoons fresh basil, and 2 tablespoons fresh parsley,.
In a small bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 1 teaspoon garlic,.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
