  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped small (about 1/2 cups worth)

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
