• 4 large egg whites ((chilled until partially frozen))
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• fruit of your choice ((I used 12 seedless Shine Muscat grapes, 10 strawberries, and half of 1 orange))
• ¾ cup heavy (whipping) cream ((cold; 36% or more milkfat))
• 2 Tbsp sugar
