  • 1 orange pepper (sliced)
  • 1 banana pepper (sliced)

  • 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 leave jalapeño (seeded and diced (if you like a little heat some of the seeds))
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger.
