  • 4 large bell peppers ((any color))
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil, (for garnish)
