Bahan-bahan
- 1 (12-ounce) package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls (such as King’s Hawaiian)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 12 ounces leftover turkey slices
- 1 ⅔ cups cooked stuffing
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (provolone, cheddar, or Havarti cheese, divided)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons poppyseeds
Langkah-langkah
-
Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Without disconnecting the buns at their sides, slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Spread the bottom half with mayo (or Greek yogurt) and the top half with mustard.
-
Layer on the turkey, then the stuffing (smush it a bit so it sticks together), then the cranberry sauce, then top with the cheese. Add the top buns to complete the sliders. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
-
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and poppyseeds. Spread all over the top.
-
Bake until the cheese is melty, or about 20 minutes—at the 10-minute mark, check and make sure the tops are not browning too quickly; if they are loosely tent with foil and continue baking. Transfer to a cutting board and let cool a few minutes. Carefully slice apart, and serve.
