- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- One 8-ounce bag fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1½ cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 8 ounces bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, (toasted)
Langkah-langkah
In a small saucepan, combine the dressing ingredients, and heat over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients (except sesame seeds). Toss with the dressing, and then sprinkle in the sesame seeds. Serve!
