• 2 bay leaves
• 3 g arlic cloves
• 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
• 4 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted, hot)
• 3 Tbsp sour cream
• 4 oz bacon (chopped)
• 1 Tbsp chives (chopped, to garnish)
