  • 1 medium acorn squash (about 1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Cut the squash in half vertically. Use a large spoon to scoop out the seeds and discard them.
