Bahan-bahan

4 porsi
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar ((can sub white wine vinegar))
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallots
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, (to taste)
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the juice, vinegar, shallots, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Add salad greens to the bowl and toss to combine. Sprinkle in the pomegranate seeds and pecans. Serve immediately.
